The quiz looks for the pattern associated with PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) and PANDAS (the subset triggered by streptococcal infection) — sudden-onset OCD or food restriction, with associated motor, behavioral, mood, cognitive, sensory, or somatic symptoms. PANS/PANDAS is most often pre-pubertal, though older children and adults can present with the same pattern.
